What started in 2014 as bitcoinpay, one of the world's first crypto payment gateways, has since transformed from a punk startup to an established name. CEO Anna Štrébl is now building on the foundations laid by Dan Houška and Roman Valihrach, turning Confirmo into a global player. With the support of investor Miton, the company is now scaling rapidly.

Confirmo's first big success was partnering with the largest CEE online retailer in 2018, but since then, our ambitions have grown significantly. We're no longer "that bitcoin payment gateway on Alza," but a leading crypto processor in online trading and growing quickly in other industries. In the end, we meet here without planning to, because when you have a great group of colleagues, you look forward to coming to the office.
