RAYNET

RAYNET

Raynet lives and breathes CRM. Founded in 2004 by four friends, the company’s flagship Raynet Cloud CRM runs on AWS and supports over 20,000 salespeople across four continents. A two-time recipient of Deloitte’s Rising Star award, Raynet truly embodies that title. After 13 years of custom development, the team is now fully dedicated to their dream product and their goals are ambitious. The future belongs to the cloud, and Raynet is ready. Armed with a fantastic product, they are setting off on a major expansion adventure. Most importantly? They are genuinely proud of their CRM, and their passion for building it is undeniable.

We live Raynet

We love where we’ve taken the company. We managed to move from "Good to Great" (Jim Collins’ book is going to be a must read here; we have several copies in the library).

From Ostrava, we are going global and looking for more talented people to join the squad. If you want to be there as a Czech SaaS conquers new markets, you’re at the right address.

Most importantly, we maintain our culture of cooperation, fun, trust, and freedom. No one micromanages you, no one is breathing down your neck. Values here aren't just words on slides. On the contrary, we run on the energy and joy of delivering great quality from Ostrava to our customers together.

A squad of geeks

Going to work to see friends means we can focus on the job and do it to the best of our ability. We know we’ve got each other’s backs. We know we can go to anyone for advice and get it. We know no one looks down on anyone, and no one puts anyone down. Every company event is an event with friends. And that is completely different from an event with "employees." We are united by development, IT, and everything cloud-related. Raynet is an essential part of our lives. We realize this, and thanks to that, we’ve always overcome even the toughest obstacles we placed in front of ourselves. The founders have been together since elementary school, all studied IT, and wrote their first CRM as a thesis. At Raynet, we value friendship above all else.

Together in the office

You just can’t build relationships online. Saying stuff the way it is face-to-face. Having yogurt with people in the kitchen in the morning and asking how they are, brainstorming together at one whiteboard, deciding to go for a beer after work, organizing a teambuilding in 10 minutes, or calling everyone over to comment on your video—priceless!

For everything else, there’s Mastercard, or Raynet CRM. We are office-centric rather than home-office-centric. We really enjoy being in the office because it’s simply a great group of people.

Independent CRM

After ten years of developing custom information systems for corporate clients, we dreamed up, planned, and launched a major change. We didn't want to work on custom projects anymore, where the main priority is quick ROI, and not user experience or innovation. We wanted the space to put the maximum of our skills into development, to push the boundaries of the possible. So, we started developing our own product, and after a few tough transition years, we gained absolute freedom in what we do, why we do it, and how we do it. We decide how we do business and for whom. Today we can say that even though the decision to cut off lucrative contracts with large clients was hard, it came at the right time and helped us build Raynet to be free—not just outwardly, but inwardly too.

Raynet is intense

We all give Raynet more than we have to because it makes sense to us. We enjoy the work and we enjoy watching how we move forward every year, as individuals and as a company. You will fall in love with Raynet. None of us are indifferent to what is happening around us. When we see a problem, we want to solve it actively. When we see a colleague struggling, we go help them. We like being at work together. That also means we meet a lot in the offices. Sure, when you need to stay home, we can always work it out. We have home office when needed, but a regular full-remote routine isn't what works for us. We live Raynet, and that's why we look for people who let Raynet get under their skin. People who take ownership and will develop the product, the company, and our community together with us.

Iterating life

Our path led from CRM development, through web design, network administration, and custom solution development, back to what we do best and love most—Raynet CRM. Along the way, we made tons of mistakes, had a few close calls, but we always made it through. We accept change as part of development. Life sometimes iterates more agilely than we’d like, but it never stops being fun. Now we are all having fun expanding beyond the Czech borders. Thanks to this, we are growing relatively fast, hiring new colleagues, and creating new positions. We are also open to interns and talented young people who want to embark on this sometimes turbulent, but definitely fun ride with us. What we can rely on is that we will always handle every problem and challenge together.

From Ostrava to Poland

We never hid our global ambitions. Our product is simple and extremely scalable. You more or less just translate it, and start using it. Our first steps led to Poland—culturally and geographically, it’s very close to us. We want to test the concept, gain as much experience as possible, learn from mistakes, and gradually set out to conquer the world, or at least Europe.

The beginnings weren't easy at all. We sweated a lot. It cost us a lot of effort and sleepless nights, but that's nothing that would discourage us. In 2025, we crossed the first hundred active customers, and they are recommending us further, so we can boldly say that our mission is successful.

And we have freedom and...

Unfireability and 14 partners

If it makes sense for both sides, we can develop Raynet together until retirement. After three years of our cooperation, we offer an addendum to the contract in which we commit to you being "unfireable." Even if the company were doing poorly, we would look for solutions other than firing colleagues. Even if you made a huge screw-up, we would look for a way to fix it and not repeat it next time. We care about good relationships. If there is a desire on both sides to develop the company together and do our work as best we can, we can solve any problem. "Unfireability" is our investment in the mutual relationship. There are people here who are loyal to the bone, and they become partners; today there are 14 of them, which is proof that we value people.

The best place to work in the region

We don't just talk. We prefer to work at it. Thanks to this, we are at a stage today where we can pay people at Raynet fairly and offer money slightly better than the regional standard. The reason is simple—we don't want people to have to move away from home for better work unless they really want to.

Money is important, but definitely not everything. At Raynet, we have perhaps the most beautiful offices in Ostrava; we even won the Office of the Year competition. We have above-standard benefits ranging from physiotherapy in the office to a full fridge alias "Raynička." Most of all, however, people are attracted by the free environment, with a minimum of hierarchy and politics, where you can apply your ideas and ambitions.

We value customers! Without them, we wouldn't be here

We attend to all customers personally. Our support team aren't just phone operators. They all have deep knowledge of our product. They understand very well what we do and why. They want to participate maximally in the running of the company and the development of our CRM.

A good product is defined by the customers who buy it. And retaining customers depends on how satisfied they are using it. Every day we are interested in who is using our CRM and how. We are able to quickly resolve any request. If we can't handle it ourselves, we have support from other teams who value our customers just as much as we do.

Rejnok' is a person that loves Raynet, loves the work they do, and wants to do it as well as possible. Colleagues are more than colleagues to them; they are buddies. And they are a person that cares. When they see something that could be improved, they don't just say something, they actually do something to make it happen.

Ali Prudilová, Head of customer service

I liked the idea of making the company freer. I didn't have a problem with the principle as such, but I sometimes struggled with some specific consequences. Like publishing salaries. I had to get used to that bit.

Dušan Gálik, Frontend Lead

How do you know you are a rejnok? ?

You must want more

You have to want more, kind of on your own. No one is going to kick your butt here. You don't look at short-term profit, but go after something that will take a while.

You want to be a mover

You want to be a mover. You have a desire to push and influence things. You don't want to be a fifth wheel, you want to be part of what we do and commit every bit of "guerrilla warfare" with us.

Context

You look at things in context. You realize that universal truth does not exist and everything is connected to everything. You don't make company decisions based solely on your own opinion.

You know you have an ego

You don't let your ego take the wheel. Be a superstar if you want, but always remember that Raynet is a joint effort and that we create it together. You are part of a whole and you consider the whole.

No preservatives

You aren't a "canned good". We do have a can opener, but we don't have time to open cans. We need to pedal in the trends. And we need you not to be afraid to try and test boundaries.

Freedom is important to you

You want to be a free person. You don't want anyone telling you what to do and how to live. You want your own space that is respected by others.

You honor values

You behave decently and with respect because it is as natural to you as eating and sleeping. Normally, humanly, and with heart.

Ultra normal people

ULTRA SMART & ULTRA NORMAL. We want you to have common sense and a sense of humor. We are still people having fun with life. And we want it to stay that way.

You have an opinion and aren't afraid of it

Be honest with yourself and those around you. It won't work without that. We say things straight and don't sweep anything under the rug. You get space to voice your opinion, so use it.

Raynet

You can find us in Poruba on Hlavní třída. We fulfilled a dream and moved into a building that is entirely Raynet. Spacious and bright. We have creative corners for work, our own gym, and a massage room. Foosball and a large table where we like to have lunch together or have coffee and cake. In short, we finally built our own aquarium. It’s starting to get tight, so hopefully, we’ll start building a new and bigger one soon :-)

Dark Tower

Dark Tower is our second office. New Rejnoks are popping up like mushrooms after rain, and we can't all fit comfortably into our beautiful space anymore. To be fair, we introduced a rotation system. Every three weeks, a whole team packs up and works from the Dark Tower.

Of course, we miss not all being together. Our dream is to build a new building according to our vision, but that will take some time. As always, we try to take the positive from it. Utilizing the time at Dark Tower for greater focus. And also the chance to walk from office to office during the day. It’s just a 10-minute brisk walk or a few minutes on a scooter.

Raynet is built on healthy, light pragmatism. The company is changing, it's bigger, some might say corporate, which is amusing. But you still find great relationships here and people who never refuse to help. And my favorite principle at Raynet is HRADOST—Playfulness (Hravost) and Joy (Radost); without that, I wouldn't enjoy it.

On the cloud waves among the first

We knew absolutely nothing about how to do a successful cloud business. No handbook "How to make a successful cloud" exists. It's science and development. Plain trial and error. The advantage is that starting among the first gave us a considerable lead. started working out, and we found the path to success. Cloud is win-win-win. We enjoy the development. Clients love it because they don't have to manage, install, or solve anything complicated. It has simple economics. We aren't startupists, but enterprise developers, and we know how to simplify things. We have strong development. Marketing is done in-house. On top of that, we have great and stable customers. We are surfing a rolling wave and looking forward to the future.

We love that we can create without limits!

We love that everyone around loves it!

We do marketing in-house

We don't harbor illusions that people love using CRM, but we want to make this part of the job if not pleasant, then at least as uncomplicated as possible. That is why our product is functional, simple, and playful. Our communication is professional but funny. We shoot our own product videos and ads, where the main roles are played mostly by our people. For them, it is an honor to be the face of Raynet. And at the same time, we are closer to customers who know us thanks to this and see that we are people too. Today, we don't just shoot our own ads, but we do almost all marketing in-house. We struggled for a long time with failing to transfer the essence of Raynet and our communication style to external agencies. Thanks to this, people get the opportunity to create, realize their ideas, and grow.

A person has a relaxed feeling here. They aren't afraid to say anything, and aren't afraid to ask. I felt like everyone was happy to help me. I was on the expansion team and could try various tasks, and it wasn't just within expansion; I did something for marketing and HR too. Colleagues were very open to what interested me. And I would say it wasn't just about work. You can learn a lot here and really enjoy it at the same time.

Klára Kopecká, Intern

When the third person 'chewed me out' for doing something wrong, I said to myself, yeah, the culture is set right now.

Martin Bazala, CEO

We are an office-centric company. Every day we meet at stand-ups, meetings, we help each other with routine. When two people are talking at a desk, others hear it and join in. This transfer of know-how functions on a large scale, organically.

Martin Porubský, CTO

Maximally Open

At Raynet, you know where you stand. We don't play side games, we don't hide future plans or how the company is doing. We have open salaries and bonuses. Everyone sees specific numbers on how the company is succeeding or failing. After three months at Raynet, every rejnok has the opportunity to get a share of the profit, which we distribute in January. And if you have been with us for a really long time and your contribution is priceless, you become a Partner and gain a share in the company. We want you people at Raynet to be active players. Everyone not only knows our strategy and vision, but we also want everyone to actively participate in fulfilling it on their own. To watch out for others and tell us when they think we’ve stepped out of line, or act outside our values.

We're waiting for you!

There are no opportunities at this time.
