Why did we choose teya?

We simply love grown ups! The companies that started as enthusiastic ideas, because they saw a room to improve a product or service to make it an even greater experience. Teya is an example of this. When you have a strong mission and a desire to change the track, identifying with what the company does is almost one hundred percent. When you give young people a chance, a flat structure, good coffee and a great deal of autonomy so they can stand up for their work, you can be sure, that you will get a company where people work with enthusiasm. In teya, we talked to 22 people who both confirmed that they go to work because they enjoy it and not because they have to. We felt at home there after a few hours and we are convinced that you will feel the same there.
