We are expanding! We are looking for a new colleague to join our sales team who will maintain good relations with our key customers, give them the maximum possible care and deepen the existing cooperation. Our customers are e.g. Zalando, Amazon Fashion, Ed Sheeran, 50Cent, Coldplay, DepecheMode, Bruce Springsteen, AC/DC, Metallica and many other major companies and names across the world! Don't expect stereotypes with us!
Your role will include:
responsibilities for current clients budget and new business by current clients
- leading your own team (budget, headcount, wages, travel costs, training atd.)
- new business development
- pricing policy implementation
- forecasting for production
- managing Account Managers (results, kpi´s, process, etc.)
Your role requires:
experience in same role in a sales
- previous bussines results
- market knowledge
- team management experience
- strategic thinking, analytical skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team, the ability to lead and develop a team, delegate work, control the delivery of results
- fluent English
