Do you want to work in fast-paced e-commerce where your decisions have a real business impact across multiple markets? We are looking for a marketplace professional who understands marketplaces as a strategic business channel and can help brands grow sustainably, with Amazon as the core focus and additional responsibility across other European marketplaces (Kaufland, Allegro, eBay, Bol and others). This role is about long-term brand growth, strategic partnership, and ownership of key client relationships, not day-to-day operational task handling.

What you’ll do

- Own and grow Amazon accounts of our clients — take responsibility for their day-to-day presence on Amazon, including listings, account performance, sales growth and long-term brand development on the platform

- Act as the main Amazon brand owner for key clients — combining hands-on account work with strategic thinking to drive sustainable growth on Amazon and across other marketplaces

- Define and steer marketplace strategies for key accounts — pricing, assortment, launches, international expansion, channel mix and prioritisation.

- Act as a senior partner to your clients — lead regular strategic meetings, challenge assumptions and build trusted, long-term relationships

- Understand the full business context of your clients — production, logistics, margins and internal processes — and translate it into an effective marketplace strategy

- Coordinate cross-functional expert teams (PPC, data, creatives, SEO, automation) to deliver integrated marketplace growth — this is a team effort, not a solo role

- Drive measurable results across marketplaces — revenue growth, stability, scalability and healthy account performance

- Contribute to building internal processes, best practices and frameworks as Expando continues to scale as a leading global marketplace partner

Who we’re looking for

✔ Strong experience with marketplaces as a growth channel (Amazon is a must, additional platforms such as Allegro, Kaufland, eBay or Bol are a strong advantage)

✔ Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and build trust-based client relationships

✔ Key Account / leadership mindset — experience guiding account managers or influencing cross-functional teams

✔ Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of e-commerce economics and operations

✔ Comfortable making decisions, setting priorities and taking ownership

✔ Fluent English and Czech — most of our clients and internal collaboration are international
