Join us as our Partner Marketing Manager. This is a strategic role focused on defining and implementing marketing and sales strategies across our partner channels: our distribution network, certified system integrators and installers, and technology partners. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth by optimizing how these critical channels are utilized and developed.

What will you do at our company?

As Partner Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Customer Growth team, working closely with the sales team across the EMEA region (with occasional involvement in the US), as well as with colleagues from product marketing, customer acquisition, and customer analytics. Your objective is to ensure that our marketing efforts directly contribute to business growth through our partner channels. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for our distribution network, certified installer program, technology partners, and other potential channels.

  • Manage the marketing budget (MDF) for distributors, ensuring smart allocation of investments and measurable ROI
  • Drive the market growth of our partner program (Certified Installer Program), in collaboration with sales managers
  • Oversee marketing communication to distributors and channel partners
  • Maintain relationships with peer marketing managers at key partners
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment by collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, and other teams.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in developing and implementing marketing plans within a B2B partner or distribution environment – someone who understands the commercial dynamics of indirect channels and wants to make a real impact on business growth.

  • Experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, trade marketing, or a similar role in a B2B environment, ideally in a technology company

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that deliver measurable results through partner channels
  • Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on ROI
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable using performance metrics to make decisions
  • Understanding of how a multi-tier business model works is an advantage
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for partner visits or exhibitions
  • Fluency in English is essential
