Your mission

Invoicing: Oversee invoicing processes and handle all related correspondence with precision.

Debt collection: Take charge of payment collection like a true pro.

Office management: Keep our office running smoothly day in and day out.

CRM administration: Be the boss of our CRM system - maintaining data accuracy and efficiency.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, from order overviews to transactional insights.

Onboarding & offboarding: Manage contracts, system access, and all documentation for new hires and departures.

Recruitment support: Review CVs, communicate with candidates, and coordinate interviews.

Your story

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy (your superpower!).

Independence, initiative, and a “bias for action” attitude.

Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.

Bonus: Familiarity with invoicing and reporting processes.
