As a Medior Backend Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side part of our platform.

- Experience building a production-level backend in any language - we use Python & Go but welcome engineers from any language.
- SOLID principles as part of your engineering mindset.
- Test-driven thinking – you write tests to catch issues before they reach production.

📈 Performance & scalability – our top-tier clients generate thousands of events per second. We process billions of events in our databases, making performance optimization of our APIs and DBs a critical challenge.
☁️ Multi-Cloud Infrastructure – we operate across multiple cloud providers, including GCP, AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, and Hetzner Cloud.
🛠 Observability – we’re enhancing our monitoring and alerting stack. If you’re passionate about observability, there’s plenty to build here.
🏗 Architecture – we’re evolving our codebase using the Hexagonal Architecture.
🧠 AI & LLMs – we’re integrating AI capabilities. If you’re experienced in bridging backend engineering with AI, let us know.
