Do you have a knack for creating impactful campaigns and staying ahead of e-commerce trends? We are looking for a Brand Manager to manage a team of four, take charge of video campaigns, craft tailored messaging, and connect with audiences in meaningful ways.

📈Key responsibilities

  • Take a full ownership to independently plan, execute, and optimise video advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on YouTube, Meta, and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Lead and mentor a team with diverse brand roles while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability to achieve exceptional results.
  • Design and implement diverse testing strategies for video campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Continuously analyze results of all brand activities to determine the impact on key business metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring all user touchpoints align with our brand standards and values and continuously evaluate and improve them.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality social media content, including user-generated content (UGC) and influencer cooperation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Monitor budgets and resources to achieve optimal results.

✅ What we are looking for..

  • Proven experience in independently designing, setting up and managing YouTube, Meta and other video campaigns and evaluating their results using different methodologies.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with at least one year of experience managing individuals across diverse roles and fostering their growth and success.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data, analyzing brand performance, and demonstrating its impact on key business metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven expertise in independently crafting compelling messages and developing innovative concepts for brand awareness campaigns, executed in-house or in collaboration with external contractors to ensure maximum impact.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce trends and brand positioning strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt messaging to diverse personas.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
