Country Manager for the Czech & Slovak market

Our local team of seven amazing team mates is in charge of engagement, satisfaction, and growth of our local customer base. And we’re looking for a passionate leader who will ensure their long-term success, growth, and wellbeing.

🎯 The role

  • Primary goal: Maximise Realpad’s market share on the Czech & Slovak market.
  • Key KPIs: Market share, ARR growth, Gross & net customer retention.
  • 360 people management: responsible for performance and personal development of seven full time team members (2 X sales, 4 X Customer Success, 1 X Customer Support).
  • Ambassador and role model of our company culture in your team.
  • Adoption and improvement of our sales, customer success, and service processes for the local market.
  • Direct involvement in relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Close collaboration with product team on enrolling new features, deprecating legacy functionality and turning customer feedback into structured product insights.
  • Design of annual goals and budgets.
  • Tools: Hubspot, Notion, Wflow, GSuite

🤝 You

  • Speak Czech (or Slovak) as well as English on professional level.
  • Are a great team player with passion for people and their success. Active listener with strong empathy, great communicator, and relationship manager.
  • Are a natural leader and have experience with leading teams either at work or in your side projects. You prioritize well, say NO to unimportant inputs, and formulate tactics in complex B2B relationships.
  • Have proven track record in customer facing role such as sales or customer success. Experience with customer engagement, retention, upsell and/or acquisition.
  • Feel pain when identifying inefficiency. You have constant itch to improve what could be improved and automate what can be automated. Both for our customers and internally.
  • Understand the intensity and challenges of a growth-oriented company. And you love trading hard work & versatility for fast growth & impact.
  • Experience with software (and SaaS) is a bonus, especially in the areas of Sales and Customer Success.
