Customer Care Specialist with English and French

Proficiency in both languages listed above is required. The customer has been, is, and will always be the top priority for us. We are currently taking care of tens of thousands of customers for whom we want to provide the best service. Position is full-time and based in Prague or it could be hybrid or full remote.
What do we expect from you?
๐ You will provide the best care for our customers over the phone, email, social media, and chat in French and English
๐ You will help solve their issues with orders, delivery, and claims
๐ You will communicate with all internal departments and external carriers or service providers
๐ You will help train and improve our chatbots and emailbots
๐ You will follow current trends in the FR market
๐ You are familiar with the newest fashion and sneaker trends
You are the one if:
๐ You are fluent in written and spoken French (C1 minimum, other languages are welcome)
๐ You are fluent in written and spoken English (B2 minimum)
๐ You can react quickly to unexpected situations and stay calm under pressure
๐ You can solve any issue over the phone or in writing
๐ You enjoy being in touch with customers, whom you want to help, and you can find a solution for any problem
๐ You are responsible and patient
๐ You're tech-savvy, and learn new programs quickly
