Yoyo - a member of the SaltPay group, is looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our Global Sales team in a growth-focused role. The purpose of this role is to build Yoyo’s presence in the Czech Republic, building operational, product and sales processes while driving and maintaining revenue through direct and indirect B2B sales. You will collaborate with the Commercial team and Product Managers to maximise sales and revenue growth within your territory. This role would report directly to the Head of Commercial and is a clear opportunity to make the territory your own, with global sales opportunities too.

Your Story

  • High-level presentation skills, face to face, video conferencing and telephone
  • Self-starter mentality who is results-oriented and loves to reach targets
  • Curious and willing to learn enthusiast who wants to grow and improve with us
  • Tech-savvy and a good understanding of IT systems
  • You are fluent in both English and Czech

Nice to have

  • SaaS sales or Business Development background in a Tech or Marketing field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Docs
  • Expert use of CRMs, sales and marketing automation tools

Your Mission

  • Be an expert in Yoyo’s product suite and the loyalty/rewards competitor landscape in your territory, creating and constantly refining processes. 

  • Train, upskill and influence sales colleagues to assist in building the pipeline.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop/refine training content for Yoyo Products, delivering product and sales training through virtual and face to face channels.
  • Drive sales of Yoyo’s product, directly and indirectly, with a key focus on revenue, user adoption, market share
  • Alongside the global commercial team, develop and refine the Go-To-Market and Distribution strategy for your territory.
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets through directly pitching to potential customers and supporting the wider sales team to sell Yoyo’s products
  • Follow up with prospects until you close the deals and have successfully integrated the customers onto our loyalty app.
  • Identify prioritisation and trade-offs for meeting adoption and revenue
  • targets 
  • Revenue generation - develop and execute a repeatable account management plan in order to ensure that the merchant benefits from Yoyo’s market-leading products.
