Responsibilities of Customer Success Manager (CSM)
The Customer Success Manager is the primary link between our customer base and product, representing our customers throughout the company. The position is based in Prague.
As a CSM, you get to:
• Be the ultimate owner of our clients' portfolio. You guide our clients through all the stages of our cooperation, such as the implementation phase, expansions/upsells, and ongoing support. You proactively address any problems that may arise.
• Cooperate closely with the product team. Advocate for customers' needs and ensure that our product meets market demands.
• Maximise the value of our product for our clients, real estate developers. You are their trusted innovation partner, and you help the clients achieve their digitization strategy goals.
• Retain our revenue and explore opportunities to boost it. You will be given the freedom and support to convert those opportunities into tangible results.
We look for…
- Czech or Slovak speaker with an advanced level of English (B2). You have excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Full-time. The on-site customer success manager will collaborate with the local teams.
- Customer ambassador. You advocate for our customers within our company and excel at managing customers' expectations. This role requires previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
- Problem solver. Your main focus is understanding the customer's process and pain points. Your satisfaction comes from the value you deliver to the customer or from solving a problem for them.
- Technology fan. You understand various IT tools well and can quickly orient yourself to the new ones. Previous experience with extensive use of other CRM or IT tool implementation is advantageous.
- Owner. You have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility to deliver on assigned tasks.
- Open mind & Drive. You are open to taking and giving feedback to improve yourself and the company. You constantly challenge the current status quo and seek opportunities to grow and improve.
