About the role
The IT HUB aims to become a well-known technological company on Czech market, and an innovation center for young talents. Your role will be to cooperate with our leadership team, HR & Recruitment department to support this goal by Employer branding & marketing activities.
Your role will be to increase awareness of the IT HUB as a top technological brand and 1st choice employer within engineering communities in the Central Europe
You would be reporting directly to the Head of the IT HUB, which means that your projects will move forward fast. You would also support our internal HR team, to attract and retain talents by promoting the IT HUB on this competitive market.
Your strategic goals are:
- Plan, establish and oversee the company's social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding
- Support growth of the IT HUB by creating impactful external and internal communication
- Support the HR department with marketing content which represents the value proposition of IT HUB for potential candidates
During your typical day you will:
Manage Employer branding & PR activities
- Manage and continuously improve the company’s career websites to ensure they are creative and effective tool for attracting suitable candidates
- Create, monitor, and review social media campaigns and ensure that marketing and recruiting goals are aligned
- Organize the community events (Tech meetups) and presence of IT HUB on Job Fairs
- Coordinate our graduate program in cooperation with Universities and High schools (Educational workshops, Internships, etc.)
Manage internal & External communication
- Organize and creates presentations
- Create content and maintain updates of IT HUB SharePoint sites
- Create newsletters together with CEO & other stakeholders
- Promote and cooperate on organizing of internal events for employees (Christmas, Summer party, Family day, etc.)
You will simply make sure that all important communications are visible externally and internally for the right people and focus on creating a great vibe about IT HUB in the engineering communities. 🙂
About you:
- You like people, you’re a natural networker
- You like to learn new things and try new approaches
- You are a creative person with experience with graphical design, copywriting
- You can prioritize and coordinate various activities and people
- You know how to inspire people for your ideas and projects
- Experience with photo and video editing is an advantage
- You speak Czech and English
