What You Will Do

• You will help evangelize and drive the adoption of our Data Platform in order to help Domain teams reach the next level when it comes to Data Literacy
• You will coach and mentor your team members to help them grow to the next level of seniority and autonomy so they stay at the top of their game.
• You will help improve our recruitment strategy in order to always better a team of top performers
• You will support the team in continuously improving our Data Platform with exciting upcoming topics such as real-time delivery, Data Quality based alerting, etc.
• You will be accountable for implementing top-notch Data governance practices in order to keep our data at our competitive edge.
