We are looking for a person to join our sales team in a combined sales and administration role with a focus on the Public sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales administrative tasks with collaboration with account manager,
  • The position involves processing documents for ordering/delivering products and services, onboarding new customers and customer systems,
  • Working closely with the sales team, particularly on processing requirements for the creation of quotations and contracts,
  • Handling debt collection, reminding debtors,
  • Providing administrative support for invoicing on a regular basis,
  • Routine email and telephone communication with customers and suppliers,
  • Attending meetings and calls, participating in company presentations to customers,
  • Support and analysis of our marketing activities, workshops and seminars in relation to customers (in collaboration with our marketing team),
  • Global collaboration across SoftwareOne with specific supporting teams.

  • Experience in a similar position (Sales Team Assistant, Executive Sales Support, Junior Key Account),

  • Sense of order and focus on defined goals,
  • Proficiency in working in tandem/smaller teams, but also working independently,
  • Proficient Czech,
  • Knowledge of English language at a communicative level (internal communication),
  • MS Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word),
  • Interpersonal skills via telephone,
  • Willingness to learn new things and develop your knowledge and "common sense".
