Finance Manager

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing internal finance function of RockawayX (not funds)

• Be responsible for statutory accounting for entities domiciled in the Czech Republic as well as abroad

• Setting up and be responsible for controlling, IFRS group consolidation, reporting, controlling and forecasting/ budgeting

• Cooperation with external tax advisors in all jurisdictions where RockawayX might be present

• Cooperation with internal legal function on various ad hoc projects (e.g. M&A, spin offs)

• Managing the external accounting providers in relevant jurisdiction

• Role reports to CFO, has no direct reportees

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in similar role min 5 years, preferably with previous large audit firm experience

• Proficient English - written and spoken, Czech at least C1 for communication with our czech accounting firm, banks and official authorities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
