Since 2019, we have been a part of Animoca Brands, a pioneering company in the realm of web3 & blockchain gaming. We work on utilizing blockchain technologies in games and gaming campaigns.

We have launched the utility token $GMEE, which powers our platforms and games, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that allow players to truly own, collect, use in games, or sell game items and characters, just like real-world items.

Our goal is to create gaming ecosystems where we value players' skills, effort, and loyalty and can transform their abilities and time spent into real, tokenized value. Our games are simple but addictively fun!

What will you do?

• Work with the game team (artists, developers, animators, testers, ...) daily - organize priorities, assign & specify tasks, coordinate user testing / QA, ...
• Play games - either for research or testing new builds of our games
• Work with game data & evaluate new game versions
• Design gamification features for our platforms
• Plan the roadmap (both new features and new game concepts)
• Work directly with the CEO, CPO, and CTO (aligning high-level strategy, implementing new platform features, ...)

What do we expect?

• Previous experience with games is mandatory (ideally, you have at least 3 years of experience in positions such as Games Producer / Games Designer / …)
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate within the team and company
• Previous experience with project management required (you don't have to be a scrum master, but you should be familiar with Kanban principles - experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, ...)
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• Very good knowledge of English (international team)
• Reliability (a promise made is a promise kept), honesty (no BS!), proactivity, and independence
