The Role 

The IT Operations Specialist is responsible for the management and smooth operation of our key IT systems, ensuring that our internal users have a seamless experience. You'll be part of the team responsible for managing and optimizing tools like Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Jira, as well as providing technical support to internal users when needed.

This is an on-site role that requires physical presence in the office to address daily support needs and incident management, but working from home is possible at least one day per week. It is well-suited for individuals with prior experience or those eager to deepen their expertise in IT operations and system administration.

Your Mission:

  • As an IT Operations Specialist, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our IT systems. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and administering Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Jira to ensure smooth operation.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to internal users through email, chat, and in-person support.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues related to the managed platforms.
  • Researching and implementing solutions to improve the performance and security of our IT systems.
  • Documenting technical issues and their solutions for future reference.
  • Collaborating closely with the IT team to develop and execute strategies for system optimization and problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • We're looking for a tech enthusiast with the following qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Czech.
  • Strong technical skills with experience in managing Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Jira.
  • Knowledge of macOS is required, while familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
  • Proactive, quick on your feet, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in IT operations or a similar role is preferred.
