MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Bookkeeping according to IFRS (for several countries GE, FR, GB, JP, SE, CN, US, NL)
- Responsibility for booking of journal entries received
- Prepares and books received and issued invoices
- Prepares payments and handles queries from clients
- Helps in preparation of management reporting
- Responsibility for sorting and archiving of documents
- Backs up colleagues in their absence
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Fluent oral and written English
- Finance or Accounting degree (student/graduate)
- Previous accounting experience in IFRS (or experience with accounting system IFS) are a plus
- Financial and analytical skills
- Finance or accounting degree
- Partnering and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Fast learning capabilities and team spirit
- Responsibility, efficiency and ability to solve urgent matters
- Flexibility and good organization skills
- Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge
