As a Medior Backend Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side part of our platform.
📍What's waiting for you?
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on various matters, including commercial, enterprise, and data privacy laws.
- Assist in maintaining standardized contract templates and agreement processes.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Assist in maintaining standardized contract templates and agreement processes.
- Provide legal support on data privacy matters, including compliance with GDPR or other relevant data protection regulations.
- Advise on privacy-related issues in agreements and company practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HR, IT, Finance) to provide legal guidance on cross-functional initiatives.
- Participating in developing company policies on legal issues.
- Organize and maintain legal documents and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and ease of retrieval.
👩🏻💻 What do we expect from you?
- Finished law school or 4th/5th year of law school.
- Strong knowledge of contract drafting and legal research methodologies.
- Familiarity with data protection laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain.
- Complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Excellent level of written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and in a team remote environment.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
