At GLAMI, we are changing the online shopping experience across Europe! We are a fashion discovery search engine connecting millions of users with brands and e-retailers, in 13 markets in the EU.

🏋️‍♀️THE CHALLENGE…

Follow & help to develop marketing strategy across social advertising channels (mainly META - Facebook & Instagram) for the given market/s to grow paid traffic and performance for both GLAMI and partner e-shops.

📈AND THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Creating and managing Facebook campaigns on tactical level (day-to-day activities)

  • Ads creation
    • Campaign optimization
    • Budget management
    • Testing features, solutions
  • Analysing and reporting on KPIs
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Collaborating with other teams to support marketing initiatives via channels
  • Proactively extending knowledge in the field

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

  • Experience with analytics and BI tools like Tableau, ROI Hunter & Google Analytics 4

  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot table, formulas, VLOOKUP)
  • Comfortable with Facebook Business Manager (creating, analysing campaigns, navigating metrics and creating reports)
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Notion) to track tasks and collaborate effectively with team members.
