Welcome to Meiro – where data meets human connection! Our mission is to help businesses leverage customer data securely and seamlessly. In today’s AI world, we focus on helping brands forge genuine connections with their customers through personalized experiences, while prioritizing data security and privacy. Over the past five years, we’ve partnered with top clients, including leading banks, retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and innovative travel companies. At Meiro, we’re creating a community for curious minds, data enthusiasts, and creative thinkers. Our development team is growing and looking for a Developer who will work across our technology stack (we really expect that you know how to write backend :)) and become a valued member of the Dev team and Meiro 🚀 itself.

☀️ The day of Meiro developer
We operate in Scrum so you will join a brief daily team sync to summarize yesterday's work, outline today's plans, and seek help if needed. You will split your time between two key projects:
- Working on our Enterprise platform (React SPA with TypeScript) focused on frontend development
- Contributing to our new Next.js application where you'll handle both frontend and server-side components
- Building UI components from Figma designs using either our existing React codebase or Next.js with Tailwind CSS
- Communication with our Go and Python backends via REST API and WSS across both applications
- Once you finish a task, you'll create a pull request and wait for CI to finish. If tests pass, you'll ask for a code review. Meanwhile, you'll continue working on other tasks.
After passing code review, any issues will be discovered by QA and you'll address them. Once everything is perfect, your code is merged and your contribution is successful.
🎯 The skills you will bring
As a member of the outstanding product team, you'll collaborate with frontend and backend developers, the product manager, UX designer, and QA.
Our Frontend development works for our Enterprise platform using React/TypeScript, Full Stack development (frontend + Next.js server components) is focusing on our new application.
Your responsibilities include:
- Transforming Figma screens into React components using TypeScript for Enterprise and Next.js with Tailwind CSS for the new application.
- Working with our JavaScript SDK in the Enterprise platform.
- Understanding how to integrate with our Go-based backend services.
- High-quality feedback from your senior colleagues will be provided to help maintain clean and well-designed code.

🌱 The Traits You will bring
We hold our Engineering culture to a high standard. To us, the right mindset is as important as the technical skills. Here’s what we seek in new developers joining the team:
- Versatility: One day you’re building a quick throwaway prototype, and the next, optimizing code that needs to run at scale and contributing to architectural decisions. You should feel comfortable doing both.
- Code improvement: Let’s be honest, we do have tech debt just like everyone else. Be prepared to identify areas where we can improve our codebase and actively contribute to eliminate it.
- Team spirit: We’re more than just people who share a Slack channel. Whether it’s grabbing a beer, going out for dinner, hitting up a conference, or jumping into a hackathon, we make time to connect and build real team bonds.
- Curiosity: We like to learn, inspire each other and evolve with the tools and technologies shaping our industry.
