We’re expanding our consulting team and looking for someone who enjoys working with data, has an eye for detail, and sees the value in well-executed automated campaigns. In this role, you’ll be working directly with our clients to support the implementation of the Meiro Customer Data Platform and deliver impactful marketing automation for a variety of large brands across different industries.

📍 What you will do?
- Customer Journey Automation - set up automated communication flows within Meiro CDP across the customer lifecycle (onboarding, upsell, retention, etc.). You’ll handle triggers, conditions, A/B testing, and personalisation.
- Omnichannel - you will have the opportunity to go beyond email and run campaigns on Whatsapp, Mobile apps or Web personalisation.
- Email Operations Support - email onboarding tasks such as domain warm-up, deliverability setup, and template management.
- Audience Segmentation & Event-Based Targeting - create dynamic customer segments based on behavioural data (e.g., clicked, ordered, churned). We have plenty of data — we need you to turn it into meaningful actions.
- Campaign Execution: Manage newsletters, product updates, marketing promotions, and seasonal one-offs.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards in Looker Studio. Work with events, UTM parameters, Meiro exports, and other sources. If you know some SQL, that’s a big plus.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, designers, web developers, customer success, and IT.
👩🏻‍💻 Who are we looking for?
- Experience in Marketing Automation: Ideally with tools like Bloomreach, SmartEmailing, Ecomail, Mailchimp, or similar.
- HTML & Scripting Skills: Ability to work with personalised templates and banners.
- Data Fluency: You know how to filter what you need, spot patterns, and think in context.
- Familiarity with Analytics Tools: Experience with Looker Studio, GA4, GTM is welcome — not mandatory but a big advantage. Understanding of web tagging, SDKs and event based analytics.
- Digital Marketing Know-How: You understand how campaigns work, including UTM tracking, retargeting, and performance metrics like open rates.
- Detail-Oriented & Proactive: Your work will impact tens of thousands of users. You’re careful, but when mistakes happen, you’re quick to catch and fix them.
