🏋️‍♀️THE CHALLENGE…

Joining us in Prague, one of the most enchanting cities in Europe, you will develop & implement a marketing strategy for paid search initiatives.

You will lead and develop a marketing background to elevate the growth of paid advertising programs. The ideal person for this role has a clear background in e-commerce and leading projects within the PPC team.

📈AND THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Marketing product initiatives
    • Server-Side Google Tag Manager (SSGTM) and S2S data transfer leadership.
    • Implementing Server-Side Tagging, set up and configure in SS/GTM or/and S2S data reporting in certain advertising systems.
    • Improving Data Quality, ensure accurate data collection by implementing server-side tagging (or/and S2S) correctly.
    • Enhancing Page Performance: Server-side tagging and S2S reduce the amount of code executed in the browser or app.
    • Privacy Controls and Compliance, detailed user privacy controls, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (i.e. GDPR, DMA, CZ ZoEK etc.).
    • Collaborating closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to align with business goals and technical requirements.
    • Debugging and Troubleshooting, when issues arise, diagnose problems related to server-side tagging, verify data flow, and address any discrepancies.
    • Documentation and Training - Creating documentation for server-side tagging processes and training team members on best practices.

  • Develop & implement the strategy for paid channels
    • Create & manage campaigns on a tactical level (day-to-day related activities: optimization, budget management, testing).
    • Management of assets - the accounts structure, platform changes, new features, credit lines, platform tracking, external partner cooperation).
    • Establish partnerships and execute campaigns on relevant local platforms.
    • Create & manage campaigns targeted at ROI.
    • Contribute to web experience/product development.
    • Seek, create, and successfully develop automation strategies to meet the demand for marketing growth.

  • Contribute to overall GLAMI strategy and its development
  • Seek new ideas, growth, testing, and participation in events and webinars to extend knowledge
  • Collaborate with other teams to support the marketing/business initiatives

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

  • Professional level of English, and one of the following: Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Greek, Bulgarian, Romanian, Slovenian, Croatian, Turkish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, and Portuguese.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Google Tag Manager and/or Server-Side Google Tag Manager with focus on measurement, data collection, and tracking.

  • Experience in managing and optimizing search and/or display campaigns, preferably for e-commerce business is a plus.
  • Comfortable with data analysis, as well as navigating technical aspects of online performance marketing (API integration; feed management, tracking pixels, etc.)
  • Keen interest in automation (bid and inventory management, building and managing data feeds for scalable campaign management)
  • Ability to prioritize correctly and manage multiple stakeholders, set goals, and execute under tight deadlines.
  • Positive go-getter attitude, data-driven, willing to learn and build amazing things
