What your job will be all about...

Be the Face of Our Office (Reception – 50%)
  • Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our visitors and team.
  • Keep the office running smoothly by managing orders of refreshments, office supplies, and IT equipment.
  • Act as the main point of contact for facility management and suppliers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels with precision.
  • Support internal and client visits with top-notch coordination and visitor access management.

Keep Us Organized (Office Management – 30%)

  • Become the go-to expert for all office-related matters and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Arrange travel bookings and coordinate with travel agencies.
  • Use tools like DocuSign to manage electronic document signatures effortlessly.
  • Plan and prepare memorable team events that keep morale high.
  • Maintain and archive essential office and project documentation.
  • Manage IT equipment handover protocols and phone number transfers for new hires and leavers.

Be a Key Player in HR Support (10%)

  • Welcome new team members with seamless onboarding processes and documentation.
  • Assist with offboarding and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Provide support for payroll reporting and manage fire and safety agendas.
  • Keep the team on track with weekly reminders to update their timesheets.
Lend a Hand in Accounting (10%)

  • Process and verify accounting documents with precision.
  • Archive financial documentation to keep everything compliant and organized.

What do we expect of you?

We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to the role:

  • Education: Secondary school diploma.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English and Czech/Slovak.
  • People Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Organizational Talent: Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in everything you do.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work on-site daily (Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30).
