We offer a student internship for Rockaway Blockchain Fund, Legal department. We are Venture Capital firm focused on the blockchain industry and digital assets.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help with general legal support (agreements, regulatory).
- Analysis of deal documents (NDA, Simple Agreement for Future Tokens, Share Purchase Agreement, Articles of Association).
- Research in relation to law and blockchain, development in the EU and the USA.
- Administrative support.
WHAT WE NEED:
- 10 out of 10 drive and sense of ownership.
- Ability to structure, analyze and synthesize complex problems.
- Proficient English communication.
- Enthusiasm for the blockchain field, law and investing.
- Orientation in these following fields of law: commercial, corporations, capital markets, finance, collective investing, AML/CFT.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours a week; minimum 3 months with possibility to extend.
