We are looking for a Product Manager who will make our product easier to use from day one. In the contact center industry, many people are often very relationship-focused and may not have the time or technical skills to fully leverage new technology. We want users to derive value from our product immediately. To achieve this, we aim to provide a rich set of built-in content such as dashboards, knowledge base articles, and AI-powered features that help users understand best practices in their industry and use our product to follow those practices.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for bridging the gap between technology and users to help them extract value from our product from day one. While our product offers ultimate flexibility, we want to ensure users can start using it effectively immediately.

  • Deeply understand the customer care and contact center industry by learning from our users, customers, and other industry professionals.
  • Gather and organize input and feedback from individual users, and generalize insights for the entire industry or specific verticals.
  • Leverage data, content analytics, and AI to uncover business value in conversations.
  • Experiment with data visualization to provide users with perspectives that highlight opportunities from conversation metadata and content.
  • Collaborate with engineers, professional services, and product teams to build content that is available in the product from day one (contact center metrics, reports, dashboards, AI automations, etc.).
  • Create knowledge base content that helps customers with best practices and guides them on how to leverage our product to extract value from their conversations.

We Are Looking For

  • Product management or product ownership experience

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data, analyze it, and draw meaningful conclusions

  • A proven track record of being resourceful and proactive, rolling up your sleeves to get the job done

  • Bonus points for:

  • Experience in the customer care or contact center industry

  • Experience using modern LLMs to generate outputs with business

  • Experience with GoodData or other embedded reporting platforms
