We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Specialist to join our international team and help us drive the success of our product in global markets by driving our go-to-market strategies, shaping product positioning and accelerating growth.

- Stay Ahead of the Market: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover industry trends, customer pain points, and new opportunities for growth.
- Drive Impactful Go-To-Market Strategies: Develop and execute winning go-to-market strategies that ensure successful product launches and feature rollouts, focusing on how to sell, not just how to build.
- Craft Powerful Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that make our solutions stand out and resonate with the right audience.
- Tell Engaging Product Stories: Create high-quality marketing materials such as sales decks, product videos, web pages, case studies, white papers, and blog posts that captivate and convert.
- Empower Our Sales Team: Provide the sales team with the tools, training, and insights they need to sell effectively, including product demos, FAQs, and objection-handling playbooks.
- Champion the Customer Experience: Partner with customer success and support teams to gather feedback, address pain points, and enhance engagement through initiatives like webinars, exclusive gifts, and newsletters.
- Launch Impactful Campaigns: Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness, lead generation, and product adoption.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, client solutions, and other teams to ensure a seamless execution of product marketing strategies.
- Develop Strategic Use Cases: Build compelling internal use cases for the Customer Data Platform to drive marketing innovation and business success.
👩🏻💻 Who are we looking for?
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech landscape.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and communicate technical product features to non-technical audiences; translating features into value.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English: C1-C2; Czech: Optional).
- Ability to work independently and manage, own and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) - understanding what these things are, not working experience.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns
