Our S&P team has been really busy lately, therefore we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Support to manage product updates and orders across multiple online marketplaces.
What’s that all about:
👟 Managing product updates, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels, across all marketplace platforms
👟Monitoring incoming orders from various marketplaces.
👟Coordinating with the logistics department to oversee shipping and delivery of orders to customers.
👟Monitoring and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketplace operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
What’s necessary:
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (CZ + ENG).
- Great organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.
