As a Soil Carbon Project Analyst, you will collaborate with the team in developing, documenting and monitoring regenerative agriculture project in Czech Republic and other countries. You will be a key member of the team responsible for certification process under carbon crediting standards (Gold Standard).

About Carboneg

At Carboneg, we connect farmers with companies to create a powerful alliance for positive change. Our approach encourages regenerative practices like no-till farming, cover cropping, and diverse crop rotations, which foster robust microbial communities in the soil. These microorganisms support plant growth, allowing the plants to capture more carbon dioxide from the air and store it underground as organic matter.

We measure and reward the increase of carbon in soil, transforming conventional agricultural practices. This approach not only removes carbon from the atmosphere but also restores natural services, enhances biodiversity, and supports rural communities. Carboneg pays farmers a reward for every ton of CO2 they store in their soil. The rewards are financed by selling certified carbon credits to companies in various sectors that wish to buy offsets to help meet their ambitious climate targets.

At Carboneg, we believe that healing the soil is the key to healing our planet, and we're committed to making this vision a reality – for our children and for generations to come.
