What will your job be all about?
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement SPM solutions tailored to the organisation's specific needs, including demand management, project and portfolio management, application portfolio management, and financial planning.
- Development of ServiceNow Solutions: Partner with the product team and other stakeholders to design and implement ServiceNow solutions
- Providing technical expertise and participating in the implementation of the new ServiceNow functionalities.
- Documentation of ServiceNow architecture for use internally.
- Contribution to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery.
- Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties.

What do we ask of you?
- Experience with ServiceNow at least 4 years from implementation role.
- 4+ years of experience with scripting or programming (JavaScript, SQL, DB).
- CSA certificate is required, CIS SPM is a plus.
- Domain expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is a plus.
- Advanced communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical designs.
- Project management skills.
- Advanced English, both written and verbal communication.
