YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ROLE OF JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Processing and booking incoming invoices related to the operation of shopping centers in SAP
- Issuing invoices for parking space rentals
- Entering and matching payments in SAP
- Assisting with VAT return preparation and audits
- Preparing statistical reports
- Posting employee reimbursements
- Managing the shopping center’s gift card agenda
- Participating in annual and quarterly closings
- Preparing accruals and reviewing accounting entries
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES YOU WILL USE AND DEVELOP
Secondary or university education in economics or a related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
- Communicative level of English
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office – especially Excel
