Gen AI Solution Lead / Consultant - Tekies

Ready to move from building GenAI demos to owning end-to-end AI solutions — architecture, delivery and everything in between? We're looking for a Gen AI Solution Lead / Consultant to join one of the region's biggest AI & Data programmes, with the option to specialise on Google Cloud (GCP) if that's your world.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions (GenAI and classic ML), from use case through to architecture
- Translate business needs into technical design, backlog, integration steps and effort estimates
- Build RAG / knowledge solutions (ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, vector databases) and set up baseline guardrails
- Define MLOps/LLMOps: deployment, monitoring, quality evaluation, versioning and cost management
- Handle systems integration via APIs, databases and events (microservices / event-driven architecture)
- Work closely with senior colleagues and clients, preparing architecture documentation and recommendations
- (GCP track) Build and iterate GenAI/ML prototypes and PoCs on Google Cloud — mainly Vertex AI + Gemini — and take them from prototype to production: scaling, integration, security, observability. Deploy via Cloud Run / Cloud Functions, integrate through API Gateway / Pub/Sub, work with vector search on Vertex/BigQuery/AlloyDB
Who we're looking for
- Experience designing GenAI/ML solutions with an architectural mindset (scalability, security, operations)
- Solid Python and API-integration skills, comfortable working with data
- Confident with GenAI fundamentals: prompting, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases
- Practical experience with at least one framework: LangChain / LlamaIndex / AutoGen / CrewAI
- Able to communicate with stakeholders and explain technical topics simply
- Fluent English; Czech/Slovak a strong plus, German a bonus
- (GCP track) Working knowledge of GCP (Cloud Run/Functions, Storage, IAM), ideally including Vertex AI
Nice to have
- Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP), Databricks or similar
- Docker and deployment basics (CI/CD, Cloud Run/K8s)
- SQL/NoSQL and data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- Hands-on GenAI evaluation/monitoring experience
- Cloud certification (architect/ML/data)
