As a Part-Time Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end hiring process. You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure effective talent acquisition and timely project completion.
This role is ideal for candidates on parental leave or students. It does not require presence in the office, and can be flexible in terms of working hours.
What you will be doing
- Scheduling Interviews:
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up regarding interview details.
- Candidate Management in Workday:
- Add new candidates to the Workday system.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
- Feedback-Based Rejections:
- Review feedback provided by interviewers.
- Send automated rejection emails to candidates based on interview outcomes.
- Maintain a professional and respectful tone in rejection communications.

Strong Communication Skills: You’ll interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members, so effective communication is essential.

Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination preferred.
- Availability: This is a part-time position, with flexible hours.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems is advantageous.
