MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing and confirming incoming customer orders, monitoring the inventory levels, invoice handling and direct contact to the B2B customer (Nordic, Baltic, France … territories)
- Customer support (e-mail, phone)
- Daily warehouse communication
- Logistic handling
- Support to extract data, make analysis and reports of data from the ERP system and Business Intelligence system
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Experience in customer service is plus (preferred experience with shared service centre)
- Fluent in oral and written English (Chinese, Japanese, French, Swedish, German, Italian, and Spanish are a plus)
- Basic understanding of an ERP system and the order management modules (IFS software)
- Excel, Word, and Outlook knowledge
- Financial and analytical skills
- Fast learning capabilities and team spirit
- Responsibility, efficiency, and ability to solve urgent matters
- Excellent planning and analytical skills
- Well-organized and process orientated
